As part of this project, we organized in-store visits to promote the company’s products and take orders, which we then passed on to the suppliers. We also collected information on competitors to better understand the market and adjust our commercial approach. At the same time, we carried out product facing and created a complete shelf inventory, while checking stock levels, to optimize product presentation and availability. This project allowed us to develop skills in merchandising, sales management, and competitive analysis, while strengthening our ability to work in an organized and precise manner.
